Benedikt Kotruljević (lat. Benedictus de Cotrullis, Dubrovnik around 1400 – 1468) Croatian merchant, economist, diplomat and humanist. Inventor of  double-entry accounting, which is still in use today. Sparkling wine with delicate greenish color with tiny pearls, fruity aroma of green apples and citrus. Fresh and elegant, ideal for summer refreshments. Serve with fruit, fruit desserts, pasta and white fish.
