GENERAL INFORMATION
vinoljubac.hr tries to ensure that every product ordered reaches the customer as soon as possible. Every product you buy through the webshop is in our warehouse and we try to send it on the day it was ordered or the next working day.
For the delivery of our products, we cooperate with several delivery services:
     GLS, UPS, DPD and Hrvatska pošta dd
 Delivery that we send via DPD and UPS is always tracked, and you will receive a tracking number when sending the order or as soon as we receive it
from the delivery service. We recommend that you use www.17track.net to track shipments .    
Please note that when sending by Croatian Post, after the package arrives in the destination country, it can be picked up by another delivery service. As a result, it may happen that the tracking is not active or you cannot track the shipment, which is beyond vinoljubac.hr control.
COD
Customers from Croatia or Slovenia can pay for their orders by cash on delivery (so-called cash on delivery). 
This service is not available for other countries.

FREE DELIVERY
If the value of your basket exceeds a certain amount, you are entitled to free delivery.
