Quality dry red wine made from selected grapes from south-west part of locality Lepovo Hill, aged in Macedonian oak barrels for 12 months. Wine with a purple-red color typical for the Cabernet from carbonated soil, fruity aroma of ripe blackcurrant and plum. It is rich with soft tannins, full and long-lasting flavor of ripe fruit and aftertaste of vanilla and coffee. Given proper cellaring, this wine can be enjoyed after 10-15 years. It’s best when it is served with beef steak, roast lamb, prosciutto and strong cheese.
