Malvazija Black Label is the new interpretation of the Istrian Malvazija, obtained by the process of different macerations and before going into the bottle, wine ages, more precisely dozens for 10 months in stainless steel, and partly in 2000-liter wooden barrels of Slavonian oak. The result is more than enchanting. We got a full-bodied wine, a medium-long aftertaste with a clearly accentuated softness and aromas of peach, yellow apple with a note of flowers. Acids that are perfectly integrated give this wine a pleasant freshness and longevity. Black Label is definitely a great match to pasta and risotto dishes. The inevitable perfect match with truffles (omelet, risotto), and also with its nobility, will enrich the plate on which there is a superbly baked fish.
