Modern, soft, full and warm wine with a lot of fruitiness. Lively in the mouth, with a noticeable tannic structure, finely rounded, quite long. Darker sparkling ruby ​​color, with a discreet but quite strongly expressed fragrance that takes a little time to open, then shows a beautiful, complex bouquet with ripe dark berry and stone fruit supported by kisses of smoke and vanilla, shades of dark flowers and dried herbs with a trace of white pepper. The taste is clean, pleasantly bitter, with good acidity, soft, with fine grain texture, harmonious, lasting, dark berry fruit reappears retronasally. Serve with grilled meat and roasts made of lighter meat, feathered game dishes and semi-hard cheeses.
