BOVIN MERLOT SUPERIOR

Merlot Superior is intense, purple-red in color, with an excellent reflection. Soft, fruity spicy scent of dark berries, pepper and honey. Rich, full, complex and long-lasting flavor with strongly emphasized soft tannins. Late vintage from selected vines on the southwestern slopes of Lepovo Brdo. Consumption with veal roast, Macedonian casserole, especially with roasted chestnuts.
