Solid ruby colour, cherry fruitiness, delicate cocoa, soft, warm, well-rounded, strong but at the same time fresh and thus exceptionally smooth, palpable, but refined tannins, everlasting wine. It is recommended to be served with Boškarin meat oven-baked at a low temperature and dry plum sauce, duck roast, crispy baked pork, pasta with truffles, dark sauces and drunken cherry chocolate cake.
