KABOLA RE

The wine has a fine, greenish-yellow colour. It is crystal clear and has a medium body. Fine bubbles appear in the wine when the glass is at rest. The bouquet is refined and pleasant, with notes of peach and pear followed by lemon peel and freshly-baked croissant. This wine is dry, partly warm and partly soft, while remaining surprisingly fresh and full-flavoured with medium body. It is balanced with medium intensity and a long finish. The wine is of excellent quality and harmonious, with notes of fresh apricot in the aftertaste. Comes along with raw oysters, raw scampi, raw warty venus clam.
