Lively, warm and harmonious wine with well-expressed fruitiness and freshness, without the spicy influence of wood. Lighter straw-yellow in color, crystal clear, the aroma suggests ripe domestic white and green fruits as well as southern fruits. In the mouth, it is salty, properly sour and nicely rounded, with a solid length. Serve with pasta dishes, risottos, white fish and roasted light meat.
