KRAUTHAKER SAUVIGNON VIDIM

Yellowish hay color wine with a greenish sheen, fruity and floral dominated by white fruit with secondary floral nuances. Lively on the palate, with refreshing acids and mild bitterness, harmonious and rounded, moderate duration. Pair with pasta or risotto with asparagus, white poultry meat, veal steaks, clams on the buzara, grilled shrimp, octopus salad or seafood risotto.
