Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Very complex on the nose, with pronounced ripe exotic aromas of pineapple, citrus fruits and melon, with hints of butter, toasted hazelnuts, fine wood and vanilla opening in the background. Rich and concentrated on the palate, creamy texture with ripe acids. The aftertaste is very long and harmonious. Due to the aromatic complexity and rich structure, it is an excellent match to a variety of dishes based on fish and crabs, white meat, game birds, veal, as well as half-aged cheese.
