Brioni Collection aged brandy is a collection of brandies, more than thirty years kept in oak barrels in a recently unknown location, in Istria. It goes great with seafood, red meat, sauces, pasta and vegetables. You can add a few drops over a fruit salad, to a cheesecake, pudding or chocolate sauce. Brandy will also be an excellent choice for flambéing dishes.
