Color of this wine is yellow – greenish with copper tint and its aromas are citrus and passion fruits. Taste is gentle, mineral and spicy. It can be served with white meats such as chicken or veal with creamy sauces (especially with mushrooms) and fresh noodles, richer fish like monkfish and salmon as well as with scallops.
