The wine is made by traditional method in family boutique winery, whose stone building dates back to 300 years ago and is the perfect home for aging valuable wine Plavac mali Vinarije Šimunković. The wine is aged in the best French barrels (barrique), which are only slightly ignited from the inside, and in this way a perfectly rounded wine is obtained, with an aromatic aroma in accordance with the variety and mild ripe tannins.
