On the nose, a fine quality aroma is very pronounced, with characteristic tones of ripe fruit, especially yellow apples, pears and peches, intertwined with floral scents. On the palate, the wine has more mature notes and lasting taste, in balance with freshness and minerality. It pairs well with creamy risottos and fish-based pasta.
