AURA BISKA

Biska is certainly one of the most famous brandies in Istria. It is a combination of homemade Istrian komovica brandy and carefully selected mistletoe leaves made according to a traditional recipe. It is adorned with a beautiful refined caramel color, it is clear and thick and the aroma is fine, pleasant and pronounced. It features a nice and refined caramel hue and is bright and dense, the scent being fine, pleasant and pronounced. The scent is dominated by a chestnut honey note, then the cinnamon note, some cloves and a note of anise. The taste is semi-dry, elegant, warm, soft and rounded.
