The two most potent and powerful varieties in Herzegovina region are Vranac and Trnjak with an extremely powerful southern character that are sometimes difficult to tame and control. The wine ages for 6 months in new barrique barrels and then 9 months in used barrels. A wine that can be enjoyed immediately or stored for years. The exceptional tannic structure gives a strong backbone and the ability to mature.
